REPUTATION
It is testament to the quality of properties and service that Asquith Homes provide that they have numerous long term tenants who have been in the same properties for nearly 10 years. In addition, a lot of our dwellings have been let by recommendation from previous or existing tenants. The company have had the same tenants returning to their properties time and time again knowing they receive a high quality, well maintained residence at the right price.

MAINTENANCE
As house builders any maintenance is dealt with immediately and professionally by the various tradesmen we have at hand. Gas and electrical certificates are always in place.
PRICE
Asquith Homes are aware that the rental market is increasingly competitive and so they always ensure that rent prices are kept at affordable levels for the various types of property on offer.
The company do their own administration and reference checks on prospective tenants so there is no fee for simply applying for a property.
Deposits are no higher than the amount of rent per month. |
