QUALITY

The majority of the properties available at Asquith Homes have been constructed by the company within the last 10 years to a high standard and specification. Over time all dwellings have been redecorated in neutral colours and maintained at regular intervals so they are kept as new. The properties are either gas central heated or electric.

TENANCIES

Short term tenancies (minimum 3 months) and long term tenancies are both available.

Deposits are no higher than the amount of rent per month.
