We have a selection of commercial units, the majority being on the ground floor with shop fronts and a few on 1st floor. Some have parking and some are on a first come first served basis. We accept a 3-year minimum lease and terms are agreed between the incoming tenant and the landlord before being passed to our lawyers to be drawn up.
